Seems like just a CR, some extra money in the bank is always good.
The only thing that's worrying to me is if this gives Varex the all-clear to begin creating products that compete with micro x's 4 core business areas. For example, instead of having multiple tubes aligned in a semicircle as will be the case with the Micro X CT, could this be done with one multi-emitter tube that radiates the sample from different angles? Signing away IP always get's me worried...
