well nothing in the announcement says ongoing revenue royalties so no need to misinterpret ... if there was any royalty it would have stipulated in attached announcement and you might have seen 100% spike in the share price by now... IMO.
i am currently invested in medical device company who bought a device idea from another ASX listed (now on NASDAQ) company and on back of the deal was %%% royalty if ever that product get commercial sell plus every year regardless of whether my company can commercialise device or not there is a fix fees of 100k forever plus they also got paid one off technology transfer fees plus if my company get sold on market or give technology to someone else then also that company will get a cut out of it ......and if nothing happens technology simply goes back to original company without any cost ....now that is called strong deal ..... in my opinion...... !
i had a quick look at your directors and majority are lawyers .. lol ... what on earth lawyer will do to medical device company? engineer can have some input but lawyers .. ?... company can hire top notch lawyer on fee basis for contract writing .. in my opinion.... and you don't have one but you have so many .. lol for what ? https://micro-x.com/about-us/board-of-directors/
Shine lawyer is asx listed company with majority board made of lawyers but none are engineers or doctors... just for info.... how the board education is important to industry they work.... and how big is your board that is another question .... I am out ... won't invest until board change to more relevant educational background... IMO.
