From what I can see they gave out two things:
1) Shares for employees as Christmas' bonus (only 1k AUD worth each).
2) 'Performance rated' potential future shares for management suite. If they do well (I am not sure what the exact criteria is) in 3 years the key management personnel will be able to get shares as a bonus. (it's a bit convoluted to understand what exactly are the criteria though).

I also agree, 2020 wasn't THAT good that I would worry about such things for the KMP. Nano-X is gaining on them fast so they need to get orders quickly or try and register a US branch (& subsequently in Wall Street) where all the new medical startup hype is now starting.

SO I hope they have a real game plan to start shipping product in 2021.
