How do they create a product that can do both backscatter and transmission x-ray, displaying a kit at road shows that has a detector for transmission x-ray, and only now realise that a detector panel should be included in the kit, telling investors they now need to wait even longer before the final commercial solution will be ready at an unspecified future date. That's like designing a car around a steering wheel, and then telling investors that the cars aren't ready as they only just realised it needs a steering wheel - can someone explain this to me because this just seems ridiculous, surely I'm missing something?
