    Normalising would be easy and it doesn't even need to be ASX, if brokers advertised (and therefore people focussed on) the VWAP for each trading day then you would have this. VWAP is easy to calculate and the components are already a part of the data most brokers make available, i.e. Total $ traded / total volume traded.

    For example, CommSec has 438k shares traded for $49k, VWAP of over $0.11 per share.
