    That's it in a nut shell. They have good products, but like many small cap ASX listed companies, they always manage to give themselves a golden pat on the back with other people's money because they haven't made a dime. The IP, the technology, the staff, the glossy reports means nothing if it doesn't sell. They started with 40m shares at 50c now we have 0.5b shares at 8.5c. Where did the 450m shares cone from - taken from shareholders and resold at a discount to wealthy investors or given to the leadership team for 'performance'.

    I've invested more and more over the years and have been a firm believer in the company until the last dilution where they've cut my stake in the company even more, so my value drops a further 25% overnight, added to the many thousands in the red. For what? To maintain their ill gotten remuneration and performance bonuses? To pay for offices and staff in the US that are supposed to be making sales? To pay for R&D for products that sit on the shelf?

    I won't be buying any more until they can show some actual performance.

    Here's the next big question: When do their patents start expiring?
