I think they struggled to fill the shares offered in the prospectus, so the Directors bought in to bolster things so they can talk about the fabulous result.
I'm not surprised the interest may have been low. Who would buy above market value with options that may not be viable given the dismal performance.
They need some Directors and Senior Staff to change.
Luke I said, they seem to only be able to sell diluted shares. i.e. Legally stolen shares...
