Who is Small Cap Investor? Is it a Foolish thing?

I didn't know timelines had slipped -- did MX1 predict more sales sooner? I've only followed this less than a year.

Every company I've looked at that are trying to sell novel products into hospitals are taking way longer than expected to initiate sales during the last 2 years. Some random examples are NXS [not held], AVH [held, unfortunately] and even ALC (who have now just announced a few deals in close succession, hopefully with more coming -- despite which the share price hit a low today in case anyone is interested)

What impresses me about MX1 is they seem really good at getting governments to pay costs of developing products which MX1 can later sell.....
