They changed the name from Rover Mark II to Rover Plus, and previously said it was going to be launched in December last year, but then we heard nothing but a brief mention of its increased performance in an investor call.

I guess we will have to see how long "the final stages of "manufacturing validation and preparations" take, hopefully not long soon as money is clearly getting tight. All radiographers care about at the end of the day is image quality and as the Rover currently stands it's unable to be used within critical areas, the emergency room and operating theatre. No wonder sales a trickling in at a snail's pace...
