I would like to see more transparency in their comments on EMV. I have asked them a few times about EMV because the Australian Stroke Alliance is funding both. Each time they have said that EMV is potentially complementary to their product, not a direct competitor. EMV faces an additional challenge in that they seek to change the clinical standard for detecting bleed or clot. That standard currently requires a CT scan. Our product delivers that - just more cheaply and with a more mobile product.
