Colleen, I sat in on the appt with him, very straightforward easy to manage process.

After the appt, it took 48 hours and the TGA approval came through, the paperwork from the Dr to the Pharmacy was actually the slowest part, all up it was 14 days from the appt to receiving the product.

He has since had 2 refills so to speak. 4 days for each to arrive at his door.

It seems that he now has repeats which they couldn't do before, so he only talks to the Dr every 3 months, after the first appt which requires TGA approval the consults are only about $30.

He originally tried to get his chemist to order in the product, to put it simply, he found that to be the hardest part due to the chemist not knowing how or where to get it and now uses the Gold Coast pharmacy CDA recommended as they have it in stock all the time.
