Good step gorward. A couple of details thogh:
1- A reality "be-aware" FACT (before you labled me as a nay-sayer) : Clinical trial does not always translate into clinically proven medication.
2- Clinical environment requires a high level of professionalism, SPECIALLY for the new comments who are yet to establish their footing. This is no VC or CG game. Transparency is a big part of the game, amongst all other important aspects required in the clinical setting.
