Regardless of how big of a deal it is, profitsforme does not need to be given that information. Partners or distributors of MGC have no responsibility to give information to investors of MGC.

If you know anything about commercial contracts, then you'll understand that such sensitive information (in respect of any part of the agreement) cannot be disclosed to outside parties (regardless of what you think) if it is stipulated in the contract, which in most cases it is.
