Anyone have any idea what the Czech company gets out of this? Seems like a top deal for mxc. I'm finally ready to buy in (been waiting to acquire the funds for it) but struggling to understand why this company has agreed to what seems like the short end of the stick. What are the chances of this deal not going through? I saw it happen to another company just the other day, a very infant company with very little management experience so a little different to mxc in terms of management.
