A minimum of 300 kg per year for 4 years at 60% purity is not a sufficient client purchase agreement?
Even if this agreement were not in play, we would not have a warehouse "full of weed" as you so eloquently put it. We would have a warehouse of prepared for market CBD oil ready for the highest bidder in a very active market.
