No one could buy MXR except FMS since FMS is poison pill to anyone would have the intention to get MXR. The good news is MXR could not be zero since it has the shares in FMS.

It is great game that FDL spin(don't know past tense) MXR to get the money for itself(no sure if the cash was distributed to its shareholders), FDL turned itself to be IO pennies, and now it could get everything back bit by bit and it looks quite possible it would get all from MXR sooner or later.

You could not say FMS board doesn't know the game and the rules of the games. I am more confident on FMS, FMS IO, and my future dollars now.
