But we still really need to raise the money to buy the Mill outright. 

Hmm a bit of a puzzle.

It must be something that fits in with what Kevin has previously hinted at and that is why my first thought is that it is something involving a gold mine....either purchasing one (which would be difficult without raising money) or else getting into a joint venture whereby a deal is done to toll treat a mine's ore at favourable terms which then gives MXR an ability to gain a percentage share of the mine. Hmmm. It has to be something with a gold mine in my opinion.
