To be relisted after a long suspension you need to show $1.5m excess of current assets over current liabilities. Given their current level of debt they would need to raise about $7m to meet this prerequisite. Converting the majority of the debt to equity would be required but who would want equity in a loss making shell? The clock is ticking to the February delisting.
