My bad, on a re-read I see the clients have to agree to transfer their contract to IGo in 14 days if I read correctley. So clealy they cant annouce the clients yet. However what happens if said client say yeah nah not happy or says yeah but on the proviso that we pay a lower fee or the ultimate . we will cancel and go somewhere else? The clients negotiating postion is strong here and if they are going to be horse traded around then they may want to get an upside too. Its way complicated and not over yet. Any which way ones disects it, it still looks like red pill for the company. Sooo did they use the 700k to pay for Frankly or is that yet to be finalised?
