Less than a week to go till the AGM now. There is still no update on funding, and audit issues appear to be unresolved. For all we know, the ASX is still investigating matters and there are no non-executives on the Board to provide independent oversight anymore. The financials are not good. I reckon the best shareholders can hope for is a reverse takeover or similar plus change in management/control, unless people have other ideas here? It would be a shame if this delisted which would be a poor outcome for all shareholders.
