I replied with

"I'm confused, wouldn't that mean that Greg Battersby's price for his business would go down from $34 million to $14 million as the shares form part of his sale price for Peak (approx 25,500,000 shares + $4.1 million in cash )????"

I would suggest that this was a polite response to your initial post, which was one of the most ridiculous posts I have ever read on Hotcopper. How could Greg be the winner if his shares that form part of the sale, had just dropped from $1.20 to 40c.

There's a way to say things Marek !!!!

Your 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th paragraphs in your previous post above were just about insulting people who don't share your extreme view. Hardly on topic !!!!
