I thought this was bang on expectations - but might be wrong, as market sold it off. Also a lot of investment, and renovations etc - should have a return at some stage. Surely there is a slight takeover (or TO rumour - lol) risk now that results are out too. Historical PE now about 13x - seems a bit low all considered. 12.5% are short this stock, so there is dip buying most likely - due to three months uptrend, and shorts not making new profits. ICR is about 7x - so little risk financially IMO.
Had to long this at 226 - will see what happens soon enough. Don't really like today's 1 minute chart at this stage.
I think the selling was due to the reduced div? I'll not hang around long if I am wrong - but expect it to gap fill at least.
