without going into too much depth they are raising funds by allowing holders to purchase 2 extra shares at a discount for each 5 shares currently held. Therefore you do 2054/ 5 x 2 = 821.6. So you can buy 821.6 shares at the discount 0.94c or whatever. The "fully underwritten" term means if some people don't take up this offer (right), an institution has agreed to purchase the non taken up rights. Not sure what accelerated is referring to, and pro rata means it could be scaled back or increased depending on take up.
