I theory it should work like that with the lower dollar but there has been brand damange with Myer and a lot of these overseas branded department stores are now opening up in Australia. Competition will be tough since the next generation of Australians have no loyalty to the brand Myer. I agree there will likely by some sort of take over activity next year to consolidate this sector.
