Less than half the shares issued in the inst part - retail much more than 50% - bit strange, and unusual - usually the inst is about 80% ish
I wonder if some of the insts who didn't want to take part were told they could be in the retail section, and see if they change their minds?
Just making stuff up and guessing, but it does seem strange to me.
