Good luck JW. I don't think it is anything like ARI - but it is super suspicious that only 45% were issued in the inst offer. Seems like a lot of big players are not supporting the issue. Also there are big plans ahead - but are they the right plans? We will not know for a while. However I wouldn't recommend anybody do what I am doing, as there are already 22% of MC pre offer short.
