Just to completely clarify who is and who is not entitled to participate in the entitlement offer - not that it matters a whit considering you can buy the shares for $94 today and probably for considerably less in coming months in my opinion - here is a copy and past from the Myer announcement yesterday:
Persons who acquire the Company’s securities after the commencement of the trading halt on Tuesday 1 September 2015 are not entitled to participate in the Entitlement Offer.
