I had a similar business idea years ago. And decided that was not feasible.
Then I thought about the numbers, you know: Diesel, staff, logistics, permits, marketing. Costs way too big, for little return.
Australia is way too vast and too inhabited for that to work.
Basically there's the big cities and that's it. No place for MYR in a small town. People there can shop online or travel. If not keen, maybe there's a River's nearby. I dunno.
