To me, bricks and mortar retail will be around forever. Just WHY THE F%$K every company is swimming in debt is astounding to me. Particularly industries where we all know cyclical tendencies exist.
Companies seem to grow until they die. This is the only option for debt heavy cyclicals.
Silly, you can weather a few bad years, restructure and come back if you are debtless. You may not get the chance if debt is high enough.
Guess we have to keep wanker bankers in a job
