MYR's weird 25 July year end means the board has 51 weeks trading results in front of them, so the $66-70m forecast will be about right. FY profit announcement due 1 September-ish.
I see no reason why the 3c half year dividend will not be maintained. The $220m rights issue September 2015 went solely to working capital and was sorely needed. There is plenty of cash on hand for divvies.
Sidney Myer built this business by knowing how to trade through downturns - advertising spend for market share when all other retailers sealed their wallets shut. My bet depends on this still being embedded in the corporate culture.
