Very difficult to say... so you look for a pattern. Same thing happened with PET( and a few others) when they first courted the instos...share price gradually drifted downwards , with a few notable spikes , a few more CRs and then downwards again.. then they ran into other non related problems.
This is why it is always informative to find out who the new players are as soon as you can and what their past form is like.
