Sorry for this stupid question. I am not saying this is the case for myq but for any small cap companiy they can actually make a super deal with any other unknown company which they probably know that it wont happen like agreement but still post the announcement. Is this correct?
If above is correct, any small cap company can easilly manipulate the share price with this type of process and i assume they wont get any trouble if they do it carefully. This is kinda worrying when investing.
