None of you are asking "why will they pay 60 cents when they can buy it on market for 40c", company announced funds received but yet to issue the shares. There's also been a discrepancy between announcements - one said 5 payments the other said 6 payments...
Also interesting that share price is not anywhere near the 60 cents they tried to pump... this will end in tears
