Yep, as Chippy said, instos invest in the business, not the share price. It's how Warren Buffet did it, and it is definitely one of the best ways out there to grow capital. It's the whole basis of investing.
They could absolutely just stop paying these 60c tranches and say no, but the fact that they're still paying it speaks volumes about where this is headed. Also as Chippy mentioned, were they to buy even $500k worth on the market, it would push the SP crazy high seeing how illiquid MYQ is ... not to mention $5m worth on the market.
