My mistake. I could have sworn I read that they had time to do it.
So in that circumstance, they would need to make an announcement as soon as they become aware of the Evolt launch.
So it is feasible that Evolt will announce it before MYQ makes the announcement. It takes time to get an announcement together. I would anticipate the announcement and the launch to be on the same day, however.
