Just to add onto your post in terms of whether they can achieve the 1m users. I looked into JHL and it's run by Michael Boyd, he's one of Australias richest and he created Sonic Healthcare, from a small 4c shell to now a $34 (16b mcap) market darling.
If anyone can make it happen, then wow, he can.
