And your question was answered. The $3m USD is to facilitate the NASDAQ listing - hence expansion. Jaar gave a fantastic overview of their recent cash flow and injections and why they have enough to "survive" as you put it. So it was very convenient of you to ignore that.

Revenue was high the previous year due to once off licensing fees. But once again, you've done no research in the company so it would be unreasonable to expect you to understand that. This is a company in the growth and speculative stage, at this point the pricing is based off the growth in the next 2 years, and not a P/E calculated capitalisation of the company.
