I'm sure Bearn definitely expects to expand to include offers in other countries too and won't be limiting themselves to the US only.

And yes, agree Dorian. Their primary goal now would be to focus on a US expansion, and there is a CR underway to facilitate that. I expect at the same US $1 floor price of the US listing IPO.
