While I do not want to take away from the potential of the recent HCF announcement, I reckon this announcement is brilliant... people only need to look at Xero to see what can happen to a share price when integration is allowed (ie. NAB and Xero).
Maybe HE raised that 26.7mil to attempt a takeover of first.. but that would value 1st shares only at 12.5c!!! No thanks.. I will ride this one!
