I can't get my head around the terms of the hedging agreement. As a buyer Hartree would want to hedge at the lowest price they can get. MYL on the other hand would want to hedge at the highest price they can. An inherent conflict, but given Hartree is majority SH, it doesn't matter so much to them either way. It DOES matter to minority shareholders.

The agreement states 30% can be hedged if MYL agrees within 10 business days. If they don't agree Hartree hedge anyway, and MYL will be obliged to deliver at that hedged price. huh? So what is the point of having a discussion about it ?

Other than that the terms are pretty good - LME based pricing with no apparent discount, except for out of spec.

The 10% interest rate isn't really that big an issue. It's gone within 3 years, and where else would they get the dosh from so readily.

I agree with who ever said the level of uptake in the CR will tell us where we go on relisting. Please let it be oversubscribed lol
