That offtake contract is long gone. Hartree have the current offtake deal and obviously want to keep it (they bought a large chunk of the company via this DOCA deal) as they have made that a condition of their support.

The other factor with Avebury and arsenic is that the arsenic is in specific regions of the orebody so with good grade control it is easily manageable. Keep in mind that John Lamb was previously the manager at Avebury under Oz Minerals and has extensive history/knowledge of the orebody and is, I believe, best placed to bring the mine through to success.

I am hoping to be visiting site mid July and I will dig up as much info as possible on this and other areas of interest.
