Highlights  A binding agreement has been executed to acquire a 100% interest in the Wuntho Project, a highly prospective copper-gold porphyry exploration project in the strongly mineralised Sagaing Region, Myanmar  Near drill ready porphyry targets have been defined by soil sampling on two granted Integrated Exploration Licences  The Wuntho North IEL hosts historic rock chip samples up to 51.6g/t gold and 3.8% copper, as well as artisanal mine workings  Soil sampling has defined a 9km by 7km alteration system zoned from lead-zinc to copper-molybdenum, a characteristic pattern around porphyry systems  The Wuntho South IEL, with anomalous gold and copper in soils, is just 6km west of the Shangalon Porphyry deposit
