It must be getting close now before we are able to view a prospectus
being in suspension for so long they now don’t have exemption from certain legal requirements in regard to raising funds without a prospectus (disclosure), as such they have to issue one of these compliance prospectuses with a nominal placement amount otherwise all shares acquired in the recently announced potential placement wouldn’t be able to be traded for a period of one year.
Can anyone verify if this applies here ?
