Management has proven themselves very capable over a long period, however, they now find themselves the smallest of fish in a pond of much bigger and very hungry fish. To keep competitive they have had to increase debt substantially. They may very well be about to jump over the retaining wall back into the safety of the river. I trust that they have weighed this opportunity up well and have decided that this is the best way forward and they have seen the opportunity to now take advantage of a niche that looks the most promising for future growth , and that without carrying burdensome debt. They may emerge smaller but much more nimble as well as having a product that they can put all their energies and experience into growing. I think their track record warrants my remaining a share holder.
