The company statement claims that it is a compelling offer from MYOB ( $180m), and obviously the market agrees by todays price action. Also after discharging debt they claim a special dividend is expected to be paid. Clive Rabie has reiterated his previous statement that the sum of the parts is worth more than keeping the whole. This appears to be a responsible way to enhance share value.
