Yes liquidity would have gone up if someone was accumulating and pushing the price up, on account of more sellers, but that would also attract buyers to a bounced and up trending stock, so more sellers, but more buyers, who can say by what factor?
My point remains, to accumulate 10m shares on market would have been impossible - it's not misleading at all.
