If the company is insolvent, the noteholders’ chances of getting their cash back are even lower. Hence my initial comment, it’s better to take a 30% loss than a total loss.

noteholders cant get there cash now if they wanted cash there would have to be another extension to the con notes until evolt revenue pumps in by end of year then they will be able to get their cash but in this case it looks like they wanted to convert at 30c as they see the company is heading in the right direction with evolt recently launched .... and bearn ,fitocracy mayweather ...mcgregor fast ... active 8me alll in the pipeline and there nasdaq listing next year why wouldnt anyone not wanna be invested into this amazing company ..... well done vlado and the myfiziq team they are amazing they need a big pat on the back
