Dec..They state that they have already established some funding arrangements and are continuing to source other funding as they go .My contacts in SIG are trying to source out more info on VN operations and any agreements they may have with local health providers along with their software platform/ applications and developments.
While lots of small private companies have a paid up capital of one dollar and can morf into big players. I am adapting a cautious approach , having some first hand experience in that part of the world .
I am not suggesting there is any major concerns and am happy to stay the course but will be watching that December time frame closely.
