    They don't have to drum up the cash ... where did you get that from? They just have to conclude all formal agreements by 28th December so that everything is good to go for their commercial launch. I would assume this would be paid monthly, or perhaps quarterly. There is no requirement for Nexus to have the cash ready by December.
