We don't know if there if there was any negligence or incompetence insofar how secure our patient is we'll only know when put under close scrutiny by Suns Pharma lawyers . Hopefully we did a better job securing our interests ( our patient) than we did with our insurance cover ( class action) which surely would have been considered negligent and incompetent by most people .
